About us
Jagat IT Limited is a software company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We do two things: we build and operate our own SaaS platforms (the Jagat family), and we build custom software, web applications and SaaS products for clients in the UK and internationally.
Running our own products changes how we build for clients. We have lived through launches, payment disputes, abuse attempts and 3am incidents on our own platforms. That experience shows up in client work as security-by-default engineering: default-deny data rules, server-verified payments, audited admin actions and deploys that do not take the site down.
For UK clients we offer a simple promise: senior-level engineering with clear written communication and overlap with UK working hours, at Bangladesh rates. No account managers between you and the people writing the code.
How we work
- 1.Discovery. A short call or written brief. We ask the awkward questions early.
- 2.Proposal. Honest scope, timeline and fixed price or retainer. No padding.
- 3.Build in the open. Weekly demos on a live staging URL, decision log kept in writing.
- 4.Launch and operate. We deploy, monitor and stay for maintenance if you want us to.
