It describes the company and the work we do. Nothing is sold here, there is no account to open, and nothing you read on it is an offer we are bound to. A page can be out of date by the time you read it, so ask us before you rely on anything.

Our products link out to websites we run ourselves. Each of them has its own terms, and those apply when you use it.

We write down what we are going to build, what it costs and what happens at the end of each stage. That written quote, once you accept it, is the agreement between us. Nothing starts before then.

If the work changes, the price changes, and we say so in writing before we carry on.

When a piece of work is paid for, the source code, the database and the accounts for it are yours. You can take the whole thing to another developer on any day and owe us nothing for it.

Nothing here limits our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Beyond that, our total liability for a piece of work is limited to what you paid us for it.

We are not liable for a loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss of profit, data or business that follows from using this website.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
