Sales Executive Director

We are hiring ten Sales Executive Directors to sell our digital products and services from home. You will talk to customers in Bangla, Sylheti and English, explain what we offer in plain words, and follow every lead through to a sale.

What you will do

  • Call, message and follow up leads by phone, WhatsApp and email
  • Explain our digital products and services clearly to each customer
  • Speak with customers in Bangladesh and in the UK Sylheti community in the language they are most at home in
  • Keep an accurate record of every lead and every conversation
  • Work towards a monthly sales target agreed with your manager
  • Send a short daily report of calls, follow ups and results

Experience we are looking for

  • Sales experience with digital products, insurance, or a broker type business
  • Comfortable talking to new customers and handling objections politely

Skills and set up

  • Advanced computer user, confident with email, spreadsheets and online tools
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Fluent Bangla
  • Fluent Sylheti
  • Your own computer or laptop and a stable internet connection
  • A quiet place at home for customer calls

Grade 1
BDT 9,000+
per month
Grade 2
BDT 10,000+
per month
Grade 3
BDT 11,000+
per month

Monthly salary in BDT. Your starting grade is set at the interview, based on your experience and how you do in the interview.
